"I stupidly purchased my first bike from a West End dealership--claiming to give me more for my $. Not True! After feeling totally screwed I called East End. You accepted me with open arms and treated me like one of your own. You guys do it all! Your service department takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done,and I have never been suprised with my bill when picking up my bike! Everyone is so helpful and does such a great job! I have since purchased another bike but only from East End!"
